I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They were very communicative even before i arrived! when i messaged about arriving early, they responded quickly and offered to store my bags. i also could use the pool while i waited for my room to become ready. the breakfast had a decent variety each day, and eggs were made to order.

the hard pillows made it difficult to sleep well. I ended up sleeping without one. also, the room lacked a full mirror, inconvenient.

The room featured a balcony that overlooked the garden. It was a cozy view to wake up to! the room also had a nice, clean feel, and it was decorated with colourful accents.

The staff spoke some english, made communication straightforward. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns i raised. free laundry facilities were available on the roof. I found this to be very convenient for longer stays.

I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to many points of interest. The staff was very helpful storing my luggage before check-in. The daily breakfast provided variety, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit.

The pillows were too firm for my liking. I wished for softer options to improve my sleep quality.
